Final Decision to Approve Emission Reduction Credits 

On December 9, 2001, the Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District (APCD) made a final decision to approve emission reduction credits (ERCs) for Southern California Gas Company. ERC amounts are as follows: 

ROC	11.00 tons per year
CO	5.88 tons per year
NOx	0.11 tons per year

The ERCs are created by the consolidation of gas processing facilities located at Southern California Gas Company's Underground Gas Storage facility located in Goleta. The administrative file for this application is available for review at the APCD, 26 Castilian Drive, B-23, in Goleta.
