2/20/2014 - Letter from U.S. EPA  Re: Action at IMO to Delay MARPOL Annex VI Tier III NOx Emission Limits.  Sent in response to letter sent by the APCD Board of Directors in June 2013 urging the U.S. Delegation to oppose the proposed delay and retain the original 2016 deadline.
