APCD Hearing Board

The APCD Hearing Board, made up of five members appointed by the APCD Board, makes decisions on permit appeals and revocations, variances, and abatement orders.

The APCD Hearing Board meets on an as-needed basis, often the first Wednesday of the month at 9:30AM at the Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, 105 East Anapamu Street, Santa Barbara, CA, or 511 East Lakeside Parkway, Santa Maria. The January Hearing Board meeting has been cancelled. The next meeting is scheduled for February 3, 2010 in Santa Barbara.
