The Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control
District (APCD) has made a final decision to approve emission
reduction credits (ERC) for the United States Air Force.

The United States Air Force has created the
ERCs at their Vandenberg Air Force Base facility located near
Lompoc by the shutdown of Power Plant #2 and the paving of the
