Scoping Meeting on Rule 321, Solvents
APCD is proposing to revise Rule 321, which regulates solvent cleaning and solvent cleaning machines. The revised rule will require some machines to use a solvent with a reactive organic compound content of less than 50 grams per liter. Other machines may require modifications or replacement to comply with the revised rule. New requirements will apply to solvent cleaning performed outside of solvent cleaning machines (e.g., wipe cleaning). For more information, see this card (PDF file).
